Made with the same process to create the debut flavor of our Belgian Tableya, this select edition brings forth tastes that are floral and woody, flavors that are notable in these beans that have been used by many award-winning bean-to-bar makers. 

Grown and harvested in the region of La Dalia, Matagalpa, the Tenor™ Regional Blend was named after the Tenorio family, a group of Nicaraguan farmers cultivating land with very old cacao trees. 

Nicaragua is one of 9 countries in the world that is recognized by the International Cocoa Organization as a 100% Fine Cocoa Origin.


We’re on a mission to bring you the best of both worlds through every Round of tableya. 

Our inspiration is rooted in discovering how two different cultures that have distinct traditions around chocolate can bring forth the best of what each has to offer. 

Each Round of Belgian Tableya comes from small, select batches of beans, 
handcrafted with Belgian chocolate making expertise.

Our recipe features a medium roast of our single-estate cacao, stone-ground for 24 hours with muscovado sugar. This creates what we call the “refined-unrefined blend” where the bold and raw cacao flavors come alive whilst having still a smooth mouthfeel.
